Questions about Back Orders and Special Orders

How often are items on backorder?

We rarely have items on backorder. Moreover, if an item is getting significantly low on stock we will note that on our website for you in the product description. If you are concerned about whether something is in stock, you may contact us to verify quantities on hand.

You should never encounter a situation where an item is discontinued and we have no stock left because we remove such items from our website.

Will you special order items for me?

We are sorry, but we no longer special order gift products.
