It was simple, really. Shortly after the start of the war on terrorism, my husband and I supported troops by sending them care packages, greeting cards, and letters. In fact, in less than a year, we had sent hundreds of cards, scores of packages, and countless letters and emails. I liked sending cards best, and often added cards or stationery to our care packages so that the soldier, marine, sailor, or airman could have nice cards to send back home to family and friends.
But, I could never find patriotic greeting cards at local stores, much less greeting cards with military themes. Certainly, there were no cards that thanked military spouses or parents for their role. I could not find any cards that expressed the kind of gratitude we felt toward the military men and women who work so hard and sacrifice so much to protect our Country. So, I decided to have custom cards made.
One thing led to another. Eventually, I realized that if I cannot find appropriate cards, other people cannot find them either. That's when I embarked on this adventure of starting a company that would design the kinds of cards I could never find but wanted to send to the men and women serving our Country, veterans, and their families.
And, thus, cards4heroes.com, LLC was born in May of 2005.
The mission of cards4heroes.com is a simple one: to help our fellow patriotic Americans thank their heroes -- like our hard-working troops and veterans, as well as their military families who are so crucial to their success -- by designing greeting cards with appropriate sentiments and suitable stationery products and invitations.

So, as our company has grown, we have also decided to offer a wide variety of patriotic and military gifts, including unique gift baskets. Whenever possible, we carry an item in a version for each service branch (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard). We have particularly wide selections of patriotic and military Christmas Ornaments and Stained Glass, as well as products well-suited to those special military moments such as graduations, promotions and retirements. We will continue to expand our gift offerings to better serve you.

In addition to our wide selection of products, (we now have over 2,000 to choose from), we also strive to provide superior customer service. Whether you are ordering online, by phone or fax, or even by mail, we will work hard to ensure a smooth transaction and speedy order fulfillment. We usually ship the same day or next business day (personalized and custom orders excluded). And, no matter how big we get, we are committed to continue to offer the special little touches our customers have come to know and expect.
